What we collect
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so visiting it tells us nothing about you. If you write to us, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, who introduced you, and the content of our correspondence.
Why, and on what basis
We use that information to respond to you, to consider and carry out work together, and to keep the records a business must keep. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the firm and answering the people who contact us; the performance of a contract where one exists; and a legal obligation where one applies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with the professional advisers and service providers who support the firm, such as email hosting, legal and accounting; with counterparties where you have asked us to make an introduction; and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and for six years after it ends, unless the law requires longer, or you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no continuing need to keep it.
International transfers
Our email and document providers may store information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the UK GDPR allows, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
