Cool Capital was founded in London by Matthew Dwyer and Sebastian Foux. The firm is small by design and works with a group of partners and advisers who have built, run and sold businesses: hotels, property, healthcare, entertainment, finance and more. Everyone here has sat on the other side of the table.
The firm
We find the transaction and bring the right people to it: companies, sponsors, producers and founders on one side; investors, lenders, buyers and partners on the other. We work across the whole capital structure, from a first round to an exit, in infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, film and music, luxury assets and startups, and wherever else a serious asset or business needs the right people in the room.
We work together with the banks, brokers and advisers already on a deal, and we take on few mandates, choosing the people on both sides of them.
